OUR HISTORY
De-Mondek Enterprises grew from firsthand experience building and operating a home care agency. What began as one business journey later became a way to help other aspiring entrepreneurs successfully start and establish their own businesses, especially home care agencies and other service-based companies. Through the years, we have supported clients with business formation, licensing guidance, operational forms, policies and procedures, websites, logos, marketing materials, and other resources needed to move from startup to operation. Mentorship was later added to provide continued guidance to business owners as they manage challenges, strengthen their operations, and continue growing.
As De-Mondek Enterprises expanded, notary services became the newest addition, allowing us to serve both individuals and businesses in another important way. Our history continues to grow through the businesses we help build, the clients we serve, and the new opportunities we create along the way.
OUR STORY
De-Mondek Enterprises was born from my personal journey as a mother of three, employee, nursing student, and entrepreneur. While building De-Mondek Home Care Provider Services, I balanced work, school, motherhood, and countless late nights of research. I had no mentor guiding me, so I learned through determination, sacrifice, mistakes, and experience.
That journey inspired me to help other aspiring entrepreneurs find the guidance and resources I once had to search for on my own. De-Mondek Enterprises was created to make the startup process clearer, provide continued mentorship, and support business owners beyond licensing. As the company grew, notary services were added as another way to serve individuals and businesses..
About The Owner
Obianuju Obieze is the founder and owner of De-Mondek Enterprises. She is a mother of three, healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and business owner with hands-on experience building and operating service-based businesses. Her background includes an Associate degree in Applied Allied Health, nursing education, and years of experience working in healthcare and supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Her entrepreneurial journey began with building De-Mondek Home Care Provider Services from the ground up. Through that experience, she developed a passion for helping aspiring entrepreneurs understand the startup process, avoid common mistakes, and gain access to the resources they need. Today, she continues to expand De-Mondek Enterprises through business services, mentorship, notary services, and other solutions designed to serve both individuals and business owners.
